Professional Engineers (NSPE); NABIE is a technical specialization group associated with the
70,000 member NSPE. These professional societies accept as members only Licensed Professional Engineers
and that is the public’s assurance that our home inspectors meet stringent criteria of education, experience, and State license. We review our inspection reports prior to issuance and our
reports are signed and stamped with the Licensed Professional Engineer’s seal which is the home buyer’s further assurance that the home inspection was performed by a home inspector
licensed to practice engineering.

membership in NABIE;
