Our primary business is focused upon home inspections for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial homes and buildings. Research Center

InspectAmerica Engineering, P.C. has continually enhanced its inspection technology via its IAE Research Center. The Research Center provides the company with new and improved inspection techniques, methodology for data analysis, and solutions for transmitting the data to its clients. The Research Center has been an integral part of our successful 30 year growth.

Our staff are members of the National Academy Of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE) and the National Society Of Professional Engineers (NSPE); NABIE is a technical specialization group associated with the
 70,000 member NSPE. These professional societies accept as members only Licensed Professional Engineers and that is the public’s assurance that our home inspectors meet stringent criteria of education, experience, and State license. All of our reports are signed and stamped with the Licensed Professional Engineer’s seal which is the home buyer’s further assurance that the home inspection was performed by a home inspector licensed to practice engineering.

The President Of InspectAmerica Engineering, P.C.,
Mr. E.M. Frank, P.E., is a nationally known authoritative building inspection consultant who has been inspecting homes and buildings since 1974. Mr. Frank is a nationally recognized lecturer, author, educator, TV personality, and expert witness. Mr. Frank also holds the prestigious Diplomate membership in NABIE;
 Mr. Frank also helped to author nationally accepted standards of practice as well as ethical codes for home inspectors. All home inspectors with InspectAmerica Engineering, P.C. also have impressive qualifications.
